Refund Policy – A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC reserves the right to issue or deny a refund request pursuant to the following Refund Policy and any other applicable business policies, Terms of Service, etc. Exception requests to the policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be at the final discretion of A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC.

Credential Training Courses and Credential Bootcamps

Course Cancellation: In the event that a course must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC will offer each student the choice of either a full refund less prepaid physical and electronic media, student membership, and exam voucher(s), OR allow the student a one-time, no cost enrollment transfer to the same training course scheduled for a future date. The student will be required to retake the course in its entirety. Coursework progress will be reset to 0 upon transferring enrollment and 12-month access will restart. New physical and/or electronic media, student memberships, and/or exam voucher(s) will not be provided unless the student wishes to pay an additional fee per purchase, the total price of which to be determined and billed at the time of enrollment transfer.

Live Services Policy: Students are expected to adhere to the Live Services Policy for the training course or bootcamp in which he or she is enrolled. A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC reserves the right to deny a refund to any student that fails to adhere to the Live Services Policy.

Conduct: Failure to adhere to the Conduct Policy may result in removal from the training course or bootcamp. A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC reserves the right to deny a refund to any student that fails to adhere to the Conduct Policy.

Prepaid Course Materials: See Physical and Electronic Media, Student Memberships, and Exam Vouchers

Credential Exam and Vouchers: See Physical and Electronic Media, Student Memberships, and Exam Vouchers

Course Non-Completion: Each student has 12 months from the start date of a training course to access and complete the required curriculum (see Live Services Policy>Credential Training Courses>Curriculum). Non-completion of any or all curriculum resulting in failure to achieve a certificate of completion will not be eligible for a refund.

Failure to Attend: A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC reserves the right to deny a refund to any student who fails to attend one or multiple live instructor-led sessions.

Withdrawal: Should a student wish to withdraw from the training course or bootcamp, they must notify A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC in writing immediately. Refunds will be provided in accordance with the Refund Policy and any other applicable business policies. The percentage of payment refunded will be determined by the schedule outlined below, based on the business date the withdrawal request is received on.

One-on-One Tutoring

A refund will be provided in the event the student cancels at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled tutoring session. No refund will be provided for a late cancellation or no show. The instructor reserves the right to deny a refund for late rescheduling requests.  Repeated rescheduling requests, late cancellations, or no shows may result in removal from the tutoring calendar without a refund.

In the event the instructor must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and another instructor is not available or desired, the student will be fully refunded less any prepaid physical and/or electronic media.

Physical and Electronic Media, Student Memberships, and Exam Vouchers

Physical Media: No refunds will be provided once an order for physical media, including but not limited to textbooks, coding manuals, study guides, etc., has been processed by A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC or the assigned instructor.

Electronic Media: No refunds will be provided once an order for electronic media, including but not limited to Codify by AAPC subscriptions, Practicode 2.0, eBooks, pre-recorded webinars, pre-recorded courses, practice exams, etc. has been processed by A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC or the assigned instructor.

Student Memberships/Exam Vouchers: Student memberships and exam vouchers are provided only as part of a credential training course and are non-refundable once the enrollment end date has passed, as determined by the training course schedule, and the order has been processed by A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC or the assigned instructor.

Failure to utilize purchased exam vouchers before the expiration date (1 year from order process date) or failure to achieve a passing grade as determined by AAPC with one or more vouchers purchased through A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC will not be considered eligible for a refund.

Exclusion from the AAPC membership program or from obtaining a credential, for any reason determined solely by AAPC, will not be considered grounds for a refund from A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC.

How to Request a Refund

You must submit your request for a refund or request for an exception to the refund policy in writing to A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC via email at admin@aplusrevenuecycletraining.com. Please include your first and last name, email address, the service you were/are enrolled in, and a brief description of your request.
