A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC
Conduct:
It is the expectation of A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC and its instructors that students will conduct themselves in a manner that is courteous and respectful to their instructor and fellow students at all times for the duration of the live service. This includes, but is not limited to, all aspects of the live service such as instructor-led training sessions, written coursework, instructor-led study groups, course forums, other written communications, etc. Disruptive, disrespectful, and/or violent conduct displayed toward instructors or fellow students will not be tolerated.
A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC adheres to a 2-strike policy. The offending student will be provided, in writing, with the specific details of the violation reported by the instructor or fellow student, including approximate date and time and the number of strikes remaining. No appeal rights are afforded, and determination of a violation by A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC is final. Students who meet the 2-strike threshold will be promptly removed from any and all live services and will not be eligible for a refund.
Conduct violating this agreement may also be reported to AAPC if the student holds an active membership and/or credential(s). Any action taken by AAPC against the student in relation to the conduct violation(s) is at the sole discretion of AAPC.
Acts of Dishonesty:
Any student determined by A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC or AAPC to be dishonest in their enrollment screening, training course exams, and/or credential exam, by acts of identity theft, cheating, falsehoods, fraud, etc. will be removed from any and all services provided by A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC without a refund.
Acts of dishonesty discovered by A+ Revenue Cycle Training LLC will be promptly reported to AAPC if the student holds an active membership and/or credential(s). Any action taken by AAPC against the student in relation to the act(s) of dishonesty is at the sole discretion of AAPC.
